Fort de ces expériences reconnues, Le Chardenoux des Près est une institution reprise par le jeune chef qui fût bien connue du quartier.La décoration a été préservée mais restaurée, et tout comme la cuisine, nous restons dans un établissement résolument "bistrot", confortable et généreux.

Recently opened, at the Rue du Dragon in Saint Germain des Pres, this new restaurant is the third place operated by the mediatic french chef Cyril Lignac.

With these positive experiences the Chardenoux des Pres is an institution taken over by the young chief who was well known in the neighborhood. The decoration has been preserved, but restored, and as with the Cuisine, we remain resolutely a comfortable and generous "bistro" ambiance.
